Attendees receive resourceful information while engaging in group discussions led by field expert presenters. The focus of the group is to socially "connect" and learn from professionals who provide practical and resourceful information so we can "thrive" and not merely "survive" daily life. Coping strategies to decrease feelings of isolation and anxiety are also shared. This is a relaxed and enjoyable forum which encourages participation among attendees. Join us every 1st and 3rd Friday.
