Class starts with quiet breathing to still our minds and tune into our bodies. We practice basic Yoga poses that tone and strengthen, increase flexibility and improve balance. We transition to Pilates mat exercises to focus on core muscles that help strengthen and reshape the mid-section. Class concludes with deep stretching and relaxation. No experience is necessary and modifications are suggested for most exercises. Please bring a mat.
