Practice safe and effective movements proven to improve your balance and help prevent falls. These simple exercises are done seated and standing to develop the muscles and flexibility that keep us safer on our feet. Registration required for each month. Register for only one time frame. If you miss your class time you may not attend another as there is limited space in each session.
