TR Fun Club - Ages 18+ - 242802

The Fun Club provides social activities for adults with disabilities. Each session the participants help determine the six activity offerings. All activities occur on Sunday for about three hours in locations around the Columbus area. Participants are then guided through these activities by trained staff with backgrounds in working with people with unique needs. A 6:1 ratio is provided to ensure a safe and fun environment. Individuals must possess independence with toileting and eating, and be able to follow directions and basic rules with little prompting. TR Fun Club provides community-based social activities for adults with developmental disabilities. Activities are designed to promote independence, socialization, and engagement within the community in a safe and fun environment. Participants plan a schedule each quarter and events often occur on Sunday afternoons at locations around the Columbus area. All events are supervised by paid staff. Participants must possess independence with toileting and eating, and be able to follow directions of staff with little prompting. Registration is available for either Full or Half Sessions to Residents and Non-Residents of Upper Arlington.
