Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens Day Trip - 553900

Take a trip with us to explore Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens in Akron, the former estate of F.A. Seiberling, co-founder of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. This large country estate includes a 65-room Manor House, Gate Lodge, Corbin Conservatory and 70 acres of gardens and grounds. We enjoy a guided tour of the Manor House as a group and then everyone has free time for exploring the rest of the estate on their own. After, we head to lunch followed by a quick stop at the roadside icon Grandpa's Cheesebarn to peruse their cheeses, sweets, meats, pantry goods, ice cream and souvenirs. Bring a payment method for lunch, gift shopping and snacks. If purshasing cheese or meats on the way home, you may wish to bring a small lunch cooler bag. Registration includes admissions, Manor House tour and transportation to and from the Senior Center in our 14-passenger shuttle bus. Challenge level 3. Register by 9/10. NO REFUNDS after 9/10.
