Adult and Me Yoga

This is the perfect class to introduce babies, toddlers and young kiddos to yoga. We explore fun yoga poses and learn about breath and movement while incorporating fun yoga books. This is a great bonding experience for the kiddos with their caretakers. Great for all energy level kiddos and helps build a foundation of yoga tools to use as they get older. This program is for both adult and child but you only need to register the child.
