Sake Tasting & Sushi Making

Sake is an alcoholic beverage originating from Japan that is similar to wine and made from fermented rice. In this class, enjoy trying different types of sake while also learning how to roll and prepare your own sushi from culinary artists at the 1126 Restaurant. As usual, industry experts at Columbus Bartending School showcase their mixology tips and tricks and provide hands-on cocktail recipe practice for those that might not enjoy sake on its own or might want to explore mixed drink options. Vegetarian sushi options, recipes, mixology supplies and ingredients provided. Class is $50 total; pay $15 to register and bring $35 to pay the event venue at class.
